Decide how you are getting home before you leave home

The best time to plan the journey home is in the afternoon, not at midnight in a car park. When you buy your ticket, look at three things: the curfew time on the show page, the shuttle routes, and whether you need parking.

If you are coming from Asaba, the shuttle is usually faster than driving, because coaches use the dedicated exit lane at Gate 2 while cars queue for the bridge road. From Awka Road or Upper Iweka, both work, but the shuttle saves you the parking fee and the wait.

How the night shuttle works

Coaches leave at 11:45pm and 12:30am after a normal show, with extra runs at 2:15am and 2:45am after late nights. Each coach has a steward on board and a list of names, so nobody is left behind. If you are not on the 12:30am coach, the steward calls the number on your ticket before it leaves.

Book the shuttle with your ticket. It tells us how many coaches to send.

Drop-off points are lit and staffed: Upper Iweka bus park, Nkpor junction, and Cable Point in Asaba. We do not drop on the roadside.

If you drive

Book a space in car park A or B. Park nose out if you can, it makes leaving much faster. Stewards release rows in turn, starting with the rows nearest the exit, and a full car park empties in about 35 minutes.

If you want to beat the rush, leave during the last song. If you want the encore, relax, have a zobo at the concourse and leave 20 minutes after the lights come up. The queue will have gone.

Keke and rides

Use Gate 2 only. The drop-off lane is lit, stewarded and away from car traffic. After the show, a steward manages a queue for keke and rides, and we keep the lane open until the last guest has gone.

Share your trip with someone at home, and check the plate number before you get in. If anything feels wrong, step back and speak to a steward.

If something goes wrong

If you lose your group, go to the info desk at Gate 2. If your phone dies, the info desk will charge it for free or call someone for you. If you feel unwell, any steward can bring the first aid team to you in minutes.

And if the bridge road is closed, which happens a few times a year, we hold the coaches and keep the concourse open with water and seats until it reopens.
