Cleanse gently, twice a day
A mild cleanser morning and night is enough. Harsh soaps and scrubs strip the skin, and on deeper skin, irritation often turns into dark marks that last for months.
Sunscreen is not optional
Melanin offers some protection, but not enough to stop sun from deepening dark marks. A light, broad-spectrum sunscreen every morning is the single most useful habit for an even tone.
The kindest routine is usually the shortest one: cleanse, moisturise, protect.
Leave bleaching creams on the shelf
Creams sold to lighten skin can thin it, cause new marks and harm health. We never use or sell them. If a product promises to make you lighter, walk away.
Treat breakouts early
The longer a breakout lasts, the more likely it is to leave a mark. Do not pick. If breakouts are frequent or painful, see a doctor rather than trying stronger products.
Know when to ask for help
New patches of colour, spots that change or bleed, and rashes that do not settle should be seen by a doctor. Our consultation is a good place to start.
