What it is

About laser hair removal

Laser hair removal uses light to target the hair follicle. On deeper skin, the wavelength and settings matter a great deal, so every course starts with a consultation and a patch test, and is led by a trained nurse.

Results vary from person to person and no outcome is promised. Every treatment starts with a conversation about what is realistic for your skin.

Questions

Laser hair removal questions

How many sessions will I need?

Usually six to eight, four to six weeks apart. Hair grows in cycles so a course is needed.

Does it hurt?

It feels like a quick snap of a rubber band. We use cooling throughout.

Is hair removal permanent?

Laser reduces hair over a course. Some people need top-ups once or twice a year. No outcome is promised.
