How it works
Process
From first call to last song
Discovery call
Thirty minutes on WhatsApp or at the studio. Date, guests, budget and the feeling you want.
Proposal and budget
A written plan with three venue options and an itemised budget within five working days.
Design
Mood boards, a floor plan and a run of show. You approve each one.
Production
We book, brief and chase every vendor. You get one weekly update, not fifty calls.
The night
A lead planner and a floor team of up to twenty. You enjoy it.
