Before you get in touch
How far ahead should we book?
Six to twelve months for weddings and December events; two to three months for most others. We also plan short notice events when the calendar allows.
Do you charge for the first meeting?
No. The discovery call and first studio meeting are free.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer in milestones set out in the proposal, with receipts for every payment.
Do you plan events outside Abuja?
Yes, across Nigeria, with travel costs added.
What if something goes wrong on the night?
Every plan has written backups for rain, power, late vendors and medical needs. The lead planner decides on the spot.
