Where do I buy tickets?

Online for the lowest price, or at the gate for N2,000 more per ticket.

Do children pay?

Children under 90 cm are free. Children 90 to 130 cm pay the child price.

Can I change my date?

Free up to 24 hours before, from My tickets.

Rides

How do height checks work?

We measure at each ride entrance with shoes on. Wristbands from the gate show your child's band.

Is there Fast Lane?

Yes, N9,000 per person for one quick ride on every big ride.

What if a ride is closed?

Closures show live on the site and in the chat. If outdoor rides close for two hours, you get a free return.

Food and bags

Can I bring food?

Yes, picnics are welcome on the Lagoon Bay lawn. No glass or alcohol.

Is the food halal?

All meat in the park is halal and no pork is served.

Are there lockers?

Day lockers from N2,500 and free ride lockers at the big rides.

Getting here

Is there parking?

Shaded parking for 900 cars, N2,000 a day.

Is there a shuttle?

Free at weekends from the Aba Road and Rumuola pick-up points.

Do you open on Mondays?

Only during school holidays.

Money

How can I pay?

Card, bank transfer and POS at every till, and through Receivly online.

Can I get a refund?

Day tickets can be moved to another date. Refunds are given if the park closes for the day.

See you at the gate

Buy online for the lowest price, skip the gate queue and add Fast Lane if the Kingfisher is calling. Dusk passes from 17:00 cost less.
