About Plot C03
Can I see the soil and survey reports?
Yes. The geotechnical report, survey plan and title documents are shared once you hold the plot, and on request during your site visit.
How soon can I start building?
Once your licence is granted and your building plan is approved by the one-stop centre, usually within 30 days of a complete file.
Is the power capacity fixed?
The 2.8 MVA figure is written into the lease. More can be booked from the next solar phase.
