A 400 metre, eight lane track around the main pitch, with long and triple jump pits, a high jump fan and a throws cage.
The venue
A track built for times
The surface is a full pour polyurethane track, certified for club competition. Electronic timing gates are free for members, and coaches can book the straight for sprint sessions.

- Lane 1 and 2 kept for interval training
- Floodlit until 9pm

Lanes 1 and 2 for intervals, 5 to 8 for steady runs.

Can I run without a pass?
Members run free. Everyone else buys a session pass at the gate or online.
Can I wear spikes?
Yes, up to 6 mm.
