Heavy fabrics such as aso oke, velvet and beaded lace take longer, and we will say so before we start. Nothing is cut until you agree the price.
Pay how you like
Bank transfer, POS at the counter or cash. Big bridal jobs take half at the first fitting and the rest on collection.
Keep your ticket
Every garment gets a paper ticket with your name and pickup time. Lost it? Your phone number works too.
Not happy with it
Bring it back within seven days and we adjust it free. That is the whole policy.

Questions about prices
Why do you need to see me for a fitting?
Because a hem for flat sandals and a hem for heels are two different hems. A two minute fitting saves a second visit.
Can you quote from a photo?
Yes, for most jobs. Send a photo and say what feels wrong. Big jobs such as shoulders and bridal bodices need us to see it on you.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes and fittings are free whether or not you go ahead.
Is the same day service always available?
For hems, buttons, straps and small mends dropped before 11am, yes. Bigger jobs are next day at the earliest.
