When do entries close?

When a race sells out, or three days before race day. Late fees apply in the final fortnight.

Can I get a refund?

Entries are not refundable, but you can transfer to another race up to 14 days before for ₦2,000, or buy deferral cover.

Can I give my place to a friend?

Yes, through a name change up to 14 days before. Running on someone else’s bib is not allowed for safety reasons.

Where is the expo?

At Agodi Gardens hall, Thursday and Friday before each major race, 10am to 7pm.

Can someone collect for me?

Yes, with a photo of your e-bib and a copy of your ID.

I live outside Ibadan.

For the marathon and half, pack collection also runs at 6am on race morning, for runners travelling in.

What time should I arrive?

At least 45 minutes before your wave starts.

Is there parking?

Limited parking at Agodi Gardens. We strongly suggest the shuttles.

What if I need to stop?

Step to the side, raise your hand and a marshal or bike medic will help. Sweep buses follow the last runner.

When are results ready?

Live, as you cross each mat. Final results are checked and published within 48 hours.

My time is wrong.

Send a result query within 7 days through the contact page.

Do you offer certificates?

Yes, free to print from your result.

The race office answers WhatsApp 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and all day on race weekends.

Pinned at all four corners, visible at all times.

The chip is in the bib. Do not fold or cut it.
