How far ahead should I book boarding?
Two weeks is usually enough. For the Christmas, Easter and long weekend periods, book a month ahead.
Do I pay a deposit?
Yes, 30 percent holds the room. The balance is paid at collection by transfer, POS or cash.
Can I cancel?
Cancel up to 7 days before check in for a full refund of the deposit. After that, the deposit moves to a future stay.

Health
Which vaccinations do you need?
Rabies and the core five in one vaccine, given at least 10 days before arrival, plus deworming in the last 3 months. Bring the card.
What if my dog falls sick?
Our partner vet in Trans Amadi is on call day and night. We call you first unless it is an emergency.
Can you give medicine?
Yes, tablets, drops and injections prescribed by your vet, at no extra charge, with written instructions.

Training
What age can a puppy start?
Puppy foundations accepts puppies from 8 weeks, after the second vaccination.
Will my dog be trained in two weeks?
Board and train builds the habits with us. The habits last if you keep practising, which is why every programme ends with handover sessions.
Do you train guard dogs to bite?
No. Calm watchdog teaches an alert bark and quiet on cue, built on obedience. We do not teach biting.
