Before you come
Three things to bring
Comfortable clothes
Shorts and a vest top for legs and backs, a loose top for necks and shoulders. Changing room on site.
Scans and letters
X-rays, MRI reports, surgeon's notes and a list of medicines you take. Photos on your phone are fine.
HMO details
Your card and authorisation code if you use an HMO. Call ahead and we can check cover for you.
Home visits
We come to you
For people who cannot travel easily, a physiotherapist visits with a portable couch and kit. We cover Calabar Municipal and Calabar South, including State Housing, Satellite Town, Ekorinim and Big Qua.
Home assessments are ₦30,000 and sessions ₦22,000, example rates. We confirm a two hour arrival window the day before to work around traffic.
Changing or cancelling

How do I change my booking?
WhatsApp or call the front desk at least 12 hours before. There is no charge.
What if I am late?
We will see you for the time left so the next person is not kept waiting. Traffic on Calabar Road at rush hour is real; leave a little earlier.
Is there a late cancellation fee?
Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice may be charged half the session fee, example policy.
Can someone come with me?
Yes, a family member or friend is welcome in the room.
