About Physiohaven

A small clinic that takes its time

Physiohaven opened on Marian Road in 2017 with two treatment rooms and a simple idea: listen first, explain clearly and build plans people can keep.

Our approach

Three promises we can keep

We do not promise cures. We promise how we will work with you.

  1. You will be listened to

The first fifteen minutes of every assessment are your story, uninterrupted.

  2. You will understand your plan

What we found, what we suggest, how long it may take and what it costs, before you agree to anything.

  3. You will be told honestly

If physiotherapy is not the right next step, we will say so and help you find who is.

In the community

Out of the clinic

Once a month we run a free posture and back care talk for a workplace in Calabar, and each season we screen players for a local youth football league.

We also run a balance class for over-60s with a church health committee on Saturday mornings.

Careers

We are often looking for registered physiotherapists who like explaining things, and for front desk staff who are good with people and HMO paperwork.
