Exterior textured
₦85,000 for 20 litres
Covers about 6 square metres a litre a coat. Thick, weather tough and crack bridging. For outside walls and fences.

About the estimate
How accurate is it?
Usually within 15 percent for walls in fair condition. Damp, very rough plaster or high stairwells add cost, which the site visit catches.
Why do you allow for doors and windows?
We subtract about 1.9 square metres for each door and 1.5 for each window, so you do not pay for paint you will not use.
Can I buy the paint myself?
Yes. Use the litres figure here, and we will price labour only.
How do I pay?
Thirty percent deposit by transfer to book, the balance on completion by transfer or POS.
