Fifteen years, one line at a time
Paintwell started with one painter and a borrowed ladder in Independence Layout. Today we are eighteen painters, two crews and a colour studio, still run by the same rule: clean lines, on time.

One man, one ladder
Our founder starts painting houses in Independence Layout with a borrowed ladder and two brushes.

The first crew
Four painters, a pickup and the first church hall contract in Uwani.

Offices and shops
Night and weekend crews begin, so banks and shops can stay open during work.

The guarantee
We put a two year workmanship guarantee in writing on every job.

Colour studio
A small colour studio opens at our office, with sample boards for every colour.

How we work
Five promises on every job
- We arrive when we say, or call before.
- We cover everything before we open a tin.

Safety
Safe at height, safe at home
Our crews use scaffold towers and harnesses above four metres, low odour water based paints indoors and dust sheets that stay clean. Every painter is trained in first aid and we carry public liability insurance on every job.
