Session times
When classes run
Weekday classes suit the school run and Abuja traffic; Saturday classes suit families who live further out in Gwarinpa, Lugbe or Kubwa.
Weekday early
4:00 to 5:30pm. Most students come straight from school. Light snacks are on sale at the front desk.
Weekday late
5:45 to 7:15pm. Senior and exam year classes. Supervised pickup at the gate until 7:45pm.
Saturday
Three sessions from 9am to 2:15pm. Upper primary classes, entrance test reasoning, and a second slot for popular senior subjects.
Seats and waiting lists
Why classes stop at eight
Every tutor marks every practice sheet before the next lesson. With eight students that takes an evening; with twenty it takes a weekend and nothing gets marked well. When a class is full we open a waiting list, and if six names gather we open a second class at another time.
Online classes run on a video call with a shared whiteboard, up to twelve students, and cost the same as centre classes.
Timetable questions
Before you book
Can my child join in the middle of term?
Yes, if there is a seat. The tutor gives a short catch-up sheet for the topics already covered.
What happens if a class is cancelled?
We move it to the next free slot that week, or run it online, and tell parents on WhatsApp by 1pm.
Can we switch classes?
Once a month, free of charge, as long as the new class has a seat.
Is the timetable the same every term?
Mostly. We publish the new term’s timetable two weeks before resumption and hold current students’ seats for one week.
