We arrive three hours early
Our two trucks leave the Barnawa yard from 6am. Every booking gets a delivery window, a crew lead’s number and a set up that is finished before your first guest walks in.

The party day
What happens, hour by hour

Crew arrives
Four of us, in orange shirts, with your items checked against your list before we leave the yard.
- 2 hours before
Shade and seating
Canopies and marquee go up first, then tables, chairs and cloths in the plan you approved.
- 1 hour before
Play and treats
The castle is pegged and tested, the popcorn machine is warmed up and the arch is finished.
- Start time
Walk through and hand over
The crew lead walks you round, shows the generator switch and collects the balance by transfer or POS.
- Next morning
Collection
We pack up by 10am. Leave the chairs stacked and we do the rest.
Power backup
No light, no problem
A bouncy castle needs a steady blower. If grid power is unreliable in your area, add our quiet 7.5 kVA generator. It comes with six hours of fuel, an extension board and a crew member who knows how to keep it running.
We place it at least ten metres from the castle and the guests, on a level spot, so the noise stays low and the fumes stay away.
Rainy season plan
From May to September, we plan for rain
- Canopy sides come free with every booking from May to September
- Castles are deflated in heavy rain and dried before the next party
- We bring tarpaulins for the treat stands
- If a storm is forecast, we can move your set up time at no cost
