Tell us how many guests are coming. The builder counts the chairs, tables and canopies, then you add the castle, treats and decor. The total updates as you go.

3 When and where?

After you send it

From list to party day

  1. Within 1 hour

    We check stock

    Rakiya or Sani replies on WhatsApp to confirm every item is free on your date, or suggests a swap.

  2. Same day

    You hold the date

    Pay 50 percent by bank transfer or POS at the yard. We send a written booking with your list and delivery window.

  3. 2 days before

    We call to confirm

    We check the address, the space for the castle and where the generator can sit.

  4. Party day

    Set up 3 hours early

    The crew sets up, tests everything with you and collects the balance and caution.

  5. Next morning

    Collection and caution back

    We collect by 10am, count, and return your caution within 48 hours.

Builder questions

Good to know

Not sure how many canopies your compound can take? Send a photo of the space on WhatsApp and we will plan it with you.

Is the price in the builder final?

It is the price for the items, delivery and caution, as long as the items are free on your date. Big orders over 300 guests get a custom quote.

Can I change the list after paying?

Yes, until two days before the party. Extra items are added to the balance. Removed items come off the balance.

Why does the builder add tables for me?

It counts one table for every 8 adults or 6 children. Change any number after it fills them.

What if it rains?

Canopies and marquees go up first. In heavy rain we pause the castle and move treats under shade.
