Facility kits

Opening a clinic, a ward or an ICU? Start from a kit sized to your rooms or beds, then adjust.

A modern hospital room with an adjustable bed

Our planner turns a facility type and size into a starting equipment list with quantities and an indicative total. Every list was drawn up with our biomedical engineers and the matrons we work with.

  • Primary clinic, by consulting room
  • General ward or ICU, by bed
  • Maternity unit, by delivery room
  • Laboratory, by bench

Chapter 04

Installation and training

Equipment is only useful when it is installed properly and the people using it are confident.

  1. Site survey

An engineer checks power, earthing, space and oxygen points before delivery, and tells you what to prepare.

  2. Delivery and unpacking

Our own vans deliver in Abuja; partners deliver nationwide. We unpack, inspect and remove the packaging.

  3. Installation and calibration

Each device is installed, tested against its specification and calibrated, with a signed commissioning sheet.

  4. User training

Hands-on sessions for nurses and doctors on every shift, with laminated quick guides left on the ward.

  5. Handover

Asset tags, warranty cards and a service schedule for every device, sent to your administrator.

Chapter 05

Service and maintenance

A device that is down is a bed that cannot be used. Our service plans keep downtime short.

Preventive maintenance

Scheduled visits to inspect, clean, test and calibrate, with a report after each visit.

Repairs and parts

Common spare parts stocked in Abuja and Lagos so repairs take days, not months.

24 hour line

For equipment that is down and affecting care, an engineer is dispatched within four hours in Abuja.

Chapter 06

Quality and sourcing

We buy from a short list of manufacturers we have audited, and we register every product before we sell it.

  • Products registered with the national regulator before sale (example)
  • Manufacturer quality certificates on file for every item
  • Electrical safety tested on arrival in Abuja
  • Batch and serial numbers recorded for traceability
  • Manuals and training material in English

Manufacturer names are kept off this demo. In a live build each product page lists its maker and certificates.
