Ordering and payment
Who can order from Halo?
Registered hospitals, clinics, labs, programmes and trained professionals.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer, or a purchase order for public facilities. Large projects can pay in stages.
Are prices fixed?
Prices on this site are indicative examples. Your formal quote holds prices for 30 days.

Delivery and installation
How long does delivery take?
One to two working days in Abuja from stock, up to seven days for distant states.
Do you install everything?
Yes, every clinical device is installed and calibrated by our engineers.
Do you train staff?
Yes, on every shift that will use the equipment.

Warranty and service
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labour for manufacturing faults for the period shown on each item.
What is not covered?
Damage from power surges without a stabiliser, misuse or unapproved cleaning products.
Can I extend the warranty?
Yes, by two years, or by moving to a service plan.

Products
Do you sell medicines?
No. We supply equipment and consumables only.
Are products registered?
Every product is registered with the national regulator before sale (example).
Can you find something not listed?
Yes, our sourcing team can find and register other equipment.

Power and conditions
Will equipment cope with power cuts?
Most clinical devices have batteries, and we size stabilisers and inverters with every order where power is unstable.
What about heat and dust?
We choose models rated for high temperatures and fit dust filters where possible. Our engineers clean filters at every visit.
Do you supply generators?
No, but we specify the size of generator or inverter each device needs and work with your facilities team.
