The kitchen

How we press

Our kitchen in Ajah has a slow press, a cold room and two generators so the cold chain never breaks during a power cut. Fruit is washed in clean water, peeled by hand, pressed, bottled and chilled within the hour.

Natural sugars

Fruit juice still contains natural sugar. Enjoy it as part of meals, and ask us for our lower-sugar green blends.

Allergies

Tiger nut milk contains tiger nuts and coconut; the lassi style contains milk. Tell us about allergies when you order.

Children

Our 350 ml bottles suit lunch boxes. We can water down juices for little ones on request.
