Philosophy

How we coach

Players first, results second. We would rather lose a game and develop a player than win it and stunt one.
The ball is the best teacher. Every drill has a ball in it. Laps are for punishments we never give.
Mistakes are allowed. Brave mistakes are praised. Lazy ones are not.
Respect is non negotiable. For referees, opponents, coaches and the groundsman.

We are looking for a part time Under 10s coach and a volunteer team manager for the girls Under 16s. Training and licence support provided.
