Part 1
Budgets and payment
Why do you ask for a budget range?
Because it lets us design for your number from the start. You still approve a line by line quote before anything is booked.
How do we pay?
Card or bank transfer through Receivly, or POS at the studio. Transfers match to your invoice within minutes.
What deposit do you take?
40% of the quote books crew, kit and dates. The balance is due on delivery.
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, at 7.5%, shown as a separate line.
Part 2
Shoots and logistics
What happens if NEPA takes the light during a shoot?
Nothing you will notice. Stage One switches between grid, two silent generators and a battery bank without a flicker, and location shoots carry their own generator.
What time do shoots start?
Usually 6am or 7am, to beat traffic on Airport Road and catch good light.
Do you shoot on Sundays?
By arrangement, with an agreed rate. We avoid church hours near places of worship.
Can you get permits?
Yes. We handle council, community and marine permits as part of pre-production.
Part 3
Stage and kit
Can we visit Stage One?
Yes, on weekday afternoons. Book through the contact page or WhatsApp.
Is kit insured?
Our kit is insured on our own shoots. For dry hire over ₦300,000 a day we ask for proof of insurance or a refundable deposit.
Can we bring our own crew?
Yes. Hire the stage and kit, and a stage manager comes with the booking.
Part 4
Rights and delivery
Who owns the film?
The client, once the balance is paid. We keep the right to show stills and a short excerpt unless you ask us not to.
How long do you keep the footage?
Two years on two drives, one stored off-site. Longer by agreement.
What formats do you deliver?
Broadcast masters, web files in every aspect ratio, and cinema masters on request.
