Am I too old for braces?

No. Around half of our orthodontic patients are adults. Healthy gums matter more than age.

How many hours a day do I wear aligners?

Twenty to twenty-two hours. You take them out to eat, drink anything but water, and brush.

Will braces hurt?

Teeth feel tender for a few days after fitting and adjustments. Soft food and simple pain relief usually help.

What happens if I lose an aligner?

Message us. Usually you move to the next set early or we print a replacement within a week.
