Christmas lights switch on
The gold crown on the roof lights up for December, the choir sings in the atrium and Father Christmas opens his grotto on Level 2. Free for everyone.

The programme
How the evening runs
5pm, carols begin
Three church choirs from across Enugu take turns on the atrium stage.
6pm, the countdown
Children press the big button and the crown and the atrium light up together.
6.15pm, grotto opens
Father Christmas meets children on Level 2, with a small gift for each child.
7pm, late shopping
Stores stay open to 10pm and the food hall to 11pm.
Book the grotto
Grotto visits cost ₦5,000 a child, with a photo and a gift. Book a time slot in the chat so the queue stays short, or walk up after 8pm.
Every booking is paid through Receivly and shows in your account with the time and the receipt.

Questions people ask
Is it very busy?
Yes, between 5.30pm and 7pm. Come early, or come after 8pm for a quieter visit.
Is parking free that evening?
The first two hours are free as always, and the shuttle from Holy Ghost junction runs every ten minutes.
