How a class runs
Four acts and a full plate
- I
Market table
We start at a table of everything you will use, with a few words on choosing it fresh in Akpan Andem market.
- II
Show and tell
The chef cooks one step while you watch, then you cook it at your own station.
- III
Your own pot
Every student cooks their own dish from start to finish, with the chef moving between stations.
- IV
The long table
We sit together and eat. You take home a box and the printed recipe card.
