Part 1

Booking and paying

How do I book?

Pick a class on the calendar, choose seats and send the request. We hold seats for 24 hours while you pay by transfer or POS.

Can I pay at the door?

Only if a seat is still free on the day. Most classes fill a week ahead.

Can I move my seat?

Free up to 72 hours before the class, to any date in the next three months.

Part 2

In the kitchen

What should I wear?

Closed shoes and clothes you do not mind splashing. We give you an apron.

Do I bring anything?

Just an appetite. Containers for takeaway are provided.

How many people per class?

Twelve at most, each at their own station.

Part 3

Special needs

Allergies and diets?

Tell us when booking. We can adjust most dishes, but the kitchen handles nuts, fish, eggs and gluten.

Is the school step free?

Yes. The kitchen is on the ground floor with a ramp from the car park.

Can children join adult classes?

From age 13 with a paying adult. Younger children have the Saturday kids class.

Part 4

Gifts and groups

How do vouchers work?

Each voucher has a code and lasts twelve months. Use it for any class or towards a private booking.

Can I book for my staff?

Yes. Team days run on weekdays and include certificates.

Do you cater events?

We are a school, not a caterer, but for groups over twelve we can cook at your venue.
