Family and pet safety, planned first

Before we bring anything into your home, we plan who leaves, for how long, and what to cover. These are the rules we follow on every visit.

After the visit

Coming home

Open every window and door for thirty minutes before anyone sits down. Switch on fans. Then wipe kitchen worktops, dining tables and anything children put in their mouths with a damp cloth.

Leave the edges of floors and the backs of cupboards alone for a week. That is where the treatment keeps working.

If anyone feels unwell, leave the house, get fresh air and call us and a doctor.

Keep the written plan we leave you. It names the products used and the times, so a doctor or pharmacist can read it if needed.

Our kit

How our technicians protect you

Measured doses

Products are mixed at the depot and logged, never by guesswork in your compound.

Gel and bait first

Where gel or bait works, we use it instead of sprays.

Locked bait stations

Rodent bait sits in tamper resistant boxes that children and pets cannot open.

Full protective kit

Masks, gloves and coveralls, changed between homes.

Pets return after the house has aired.
A family playing board games at home
Families back to normal the same evening for most treatments.

Questions

Safety questions

Can I stay home during a rat treatment?

Yes. Rodent work uses locked bait stations and traps, not sprays, so nobody needs to leave.

Is fogging outside safe for neighbours?

We tell neighbours on either side the day before and fog only when the wind is light, away from open windows.

My child touched a treated wall. What now?

Wash their hands with soap and water. If they seem unwell, call a doctor and show them the written plan.
