Reading the guide
What the times mean
On site is how long our technicians are inside your home, from inspection to packing up. It grows with the number of rooms.
Stay out starts when we leave. Everyone, including pets, stays out until it ends. Some treatments, like rat bait stations, need no stay out at all.
Back home adds thirty minutes of airing with windows open. We text you when your time is up.
Follow up is the second visit, timed to catch eggs that hatch after the first treatment. It is included in the price.
Questions
Common questions about treatments
Will the house smell?
Most of our products are low odour. A faint smell can stay for a few hours; airing removes it.
Do I need to wash everything after?
Wipe surfaces where food is prepared and that children touch. Do not mop floors along walls for a week; that is where the treatment works.
What if I still see pests?
Seeing a few for a week or two is normal as they come out of hiding. If activity continues after the follow up, we come back free within 30 days.
Are the products safe?
We use products registered for household use in Nigeria, at the lowest dose that works, applied by trained technicians. Following the stay out times keeps exposure low.
