Pick the exact seat you want
Five quick steps: trip, departure, seat, passengers and payment. You can change your seat for free up to 3 hours before departure.
Luggage
20 kg free in the hold plus one small bag at your seat. Extra bags are ₦1,500 per 10 kg. No fuel, gas or live animals.
Changes and refunds
Change the date free up to 24 hours before. Cancel up to 12 hours before for a refund less 10%, back to your bank in 5 working days.
On the day
Arrive 45 minutes early with a photo ID. Boarding opens 40 minutes before and the manifest closes 15 minutes before departure.

No more rush at the door
When everyone has a seat number, boarding is calm. Families sit together, older passengers are not left standing and nobody has to guard a seat with a handbag.
Your seat number is printed on your e-ticket and on the manifest, and our boarding staff help you find it.

About booking
Can I change my seat later?
Yes, free up to 3 hours before departure on the manage booking page or at the desk.
Do children need a seat?
Children aged 2 and over need their own seat and pay 60% of the Standard fare. Babies under 2 sit on a lap for free.
What if I miss my coach?
Tell the desk within 2 hours and we will move you to the next coach with free seats for ₦2,000.
