The estate
Celestine Gardens is the estate that made our name. We bought eleven hectares of gently sloping land on the edge of Oke-Ilewo in 2015, cleared the title, and spent three years putting in roads, drains, a lake and our first power plant before we sold a single plot. Today Phase 1 is home to 40 families and the clubhouse is busy every weekend.
Location. Off Ibara to Oke-Ilewo road, 10 minutes from Panseke and 15 minutes from Kuto.
