Engr. Olumide Adeyemo
Founder and managing director
Civil engineer, twenty years on roads and drainage across Ogun and Oyo.
Since 2015
Celestine Estates was founded in Abeokuta by an engineer and a land lawyer who were tired of estates that sold dreams and delivered bush. Eleven years on, every estate we have launched is lived in.
We buy land only with clean, registered title. We put in roads, drains, power and water before we sell a single plot in a phase. We publish our prices, and the price you sign is the price you pay.
That sounds ordinary. In our market it is not. Buyers tell us the hardest part of owning land in Nigeria is not the money, it is the worry: about title, about family claims, about whether the estate will ever be finished. Our whole business is built to take that worry away.
No land enters our books until the C of O or excision is verified by two separate law firms.
Every phase opens with roads, drains and power already in place.
The plan charge you sign is the plan charge you pay, even if prices rise later.
Each payment, however small, is receipted the same day and saved in your account.
