Why can I not see my result numbers?
Results appear after your doctor has reviewed them, so they come with an explanation. Ask at your review for a full copy.
Can my son or daughter see my portal?
Yes, if you add them as a carer. They see appointments and messages, not results, unless you choose.
Is my card saved?
No. Payments go through Receivly and we never keep card details.
