Water pressure
Most Benin homes run on an overhead tank
A tank on a 3 metre stand gives about 0.3 bar. Many showers need 1 bar or more. We label every shower and tap with the pressure it needs, and stock booster pumps for the rest.
- Under 0.5 bar: choose hand showers and low pressure mixers.
- 0.5 to 1 bar: our thermostatic rain set works, with a smaller head.
- Above 1 bar or with a booster: any shower in the range.

We do not install, but we keep a list of independent plumbers who work with our products across Benin City.
Check the pressure note on the product. Below 0.5 bar, add a booster pump or choose a hand shower.
WCs come with a soft-close seat and fixings. Basins come with a waste. Taps include flexible hoses.
Ceramics carry a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Taps and showers carry 5 years on the cartridge.
