Bigger tiles, fewer grout lines
Large formats make small rooms feel bigger but need a flat screed. On older floors, 40x40 and 60x60 are more forgiving.

Get a floor that lasts
- Check the screed is flat to 3 mm over 2 metres before large tiles.
- Mix boxes from the same batch as you lay so shade varies evenly.
- Leave a 5 mm gap at walls for movement, hidden by skirting.
- Keep off the floor for 24 hours and grout after 48.

Yes, up to 60x60 with a polymer adhesive. Larger formats on walls need mechanical support while the adhesive sets.
ST-F606 anti-slip outdoor tile. Polished tiles are slippery when wet and are for inside only.
