Booking
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks for big faces; LED slots can often be booked a week ahead.
What does on hold mean?
Another client has 48 hours to confirm. If they do not, it is yours.
Can I cancel?
Free up to 14 days before start; after that 50% of the first month.

Prices
Are prices fixed?
Rates on this site are example rates before VAT. Multi-month bookings get 10% off from three months.
What is not included?
Printing and installation for static faces, quoted in your plan.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer on approval. We send a proper invoice and receipt.

Artwork
What file do you need?
See the specification table on the artwork page.
Can you design it?
Yes, from ₦250,000 per campaign.
How long does printing take?
Two to three working days in our Idu print shop.

Sites and permits
Are your sites permitted?
Every site carries an outdoor advertising permit, renewed each year. We can show the permit for any face you book.
Who maintains the structures?
Our own crews. Every structure is inspected each quarter and repainted every two years.
Can I suggest a new site?
Yes. If you or a landowner you know has a plot on a busy road, we will survey it within a week.

Proof and reporting
How do I know it went up?
Dated photos within 24 hours, then every two weeks.
What if a light fails?
We fix it within 24 hours or add the lost nights at the end of your run.
Can I visit my billboard?
Of course. Ask and we will take you.
