Returns & refunds
If a book is not quite right, we will make it right. Returns are simple and free within 30 days.
How to return a book
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number
- We email a prepaid returns label within one working day
- Pack the book in its original wrapping where possible
- Your refund is issued within five working days of the book arriving
Damaged or incorrect items
If a book arrives damaged or we have sent the wrong title, let us know with a photograph and we will send a replacement straight away at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged copy.
Digital purchases
Ebooks and audiobooks can be refunded within 14 days if less than ten per cent has been read or listened to.
