How long will my order take to arrive
Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days, and Express Overnight arrives the next business day when ordered before 2pm.
Do you offer free shipping
Yes. Standard delivery is free on all orders over $50.
Can I change my order after placing it
We can change or cancel an order until it has been packed, usually within two hours. Contact us as soon as possible.
Books and formats
Which formats do you sell
Most titles are available in paperback, hardcover and audiobook, and many also in ebook. You can choose your format on each book page.
Can I read a preview before buying
Many books include a Preview Inside sample. Look for the button on the book page or in Quick View.
Do you sell signed editions
We regularly stock signed and special editions. Join our reading list to hear about them first.
Gifts
Can you gift wrap my order
Every order is wrapped in tissue, and you can add a handwritten note at checkout free of charge.
Do you sell gift cards
Yes. Digital gift cards from $10 to $200 are delivered by email and never expire.
