How the timetable works
Same rhythm, new adventures
Every day follows the same shape, which helps younger children settle: morning circle, a big activity while it is cool, a second session, lunch and rest, the elective, a last activity and pick up. What changes is the theme of the day.
- Monday Rainforest day: trails, bugs and shelters.
- Tuesday Water day: pool, kayaks and the lagoon for older groups.
- Wednesday Makers day: science, art, film and robots.
- Thursday Big adventure: climbing, archery, and a night away for ages 11 and up.
- Friday Showcase: families are invited at 3pm.
Rest hour in the shade after lunch, every day, for every group.
Planner questions
Asked by parents
Can my child switch track midweek?
Yes. Tell the group lead at morning circle and they will move across from the next day, if there is space.
My twins are different ages. Can they be together?
Siblings stay in their own age group for activities, but eat lunch together and share the bus.
What if it rains?
Calabar rain is part of camp. Light rain carries on with ponchos; storms move us into the hall for indoor versions of each activity.
Is the timetable fixed?
It is our plan for the week. Weather, tides on the lagoon and the children’s energy can shift a block, and we tell you on the daily WhatsApp update.
