From the market floor
Wuse Market has more than 400 Swiftpurse stands across fruit, fabrics and provisions lines. The market association picked QR after a season of fake transfer screenshots, and traders say the sound of the app announcing each payment is what convinced them.
Our agents visit the market every Tuesday to help new traders set up, swap damaged stickers and answer questions in Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba and English.
