Drill, classroom, practice.
Mornings start at 6.30am with fitness and drill. Classroom sessions cover law, report writing and customer care. Afternoons are practical: gate scenarios, fire extinguisher drills, first aid and radio procedure, assessed by instructors with years on the job.
