Six weeks at our academy: access control, report writing, fire response, first aid and customer care.

Every post has a radio and a phone linked to the control room, with hourly check calls at night.
Supervisor visits
Supervisors visit every post at least twice a shift, logged by GPS so you can see them in your report.
Visitor and vehicle logs
Digital visitor registers at estate gates, with photos and resident approval by SMS.
Dog units
Trained dog handlers for warehouses and large compounds at night.
Relief cover
A standby pool so posts are never left empty for leave, sickness or emergencies.
