- Two pages at most, newest role first
- Numbers in every role: targets hit, money saved, teams led
- One clean format, no photos or tables
- Save as PDF with your name in the file name
- Research the company, not just the role
- Prepare three stories using situation, action, result
- Know your salary range and your notice period
- Ask two good questions at the end
- Look at the whole package: HMO, pension, 13th month, allowances
- Ask for the offer in writing before you resign
- Give proper notice, it protects your references
