Story
About the Ojo Collective
The band formed in a church hall in Ikeja where bandleader Femi Ojo taught trumpet on Saturdays. Most members are his former students.
Their album Eko Heat was recorded live to tape in Studio A in two days, with the doors open so the street could hear. Danfo Hymns, the EP before it, is still their most requested record live.
