Solar panels over the car park feed a battery store in the plant room. When the grid goes off, batteries carry the campus instantly, and two gas engines start within a minute. Every suite is metered so you only pay for what you use above the plan allowance.

Yes, carriers can run a line to the data room for your suite.
Is power included?
Power up to your plan allowance is included. Heavy users are metered at an example rate.
