Prescription photos are seen only by our pharmacists and stored securely for the time the law requires. We never use them for marketing.
When you collect, a pharmacist hands over your items in our consultation area and can talk you through how to take them.

Yes, please bring it when you collect, or hand it to our rider on delivery. We need to see and keep it as the law requires.
Yes, if they bring the original prescription and their own ID.
Yes. Ask the pharmacist when they call and we will send a WhatsApp reminder each month.
