Timed entry, open exit
Your time is when you come in. Stay as long as you like until closing.

Free changes
Move your booking up to 24 hours before, from My visits or the chat.

Refunds
Full refund up to 48 hours before. After that we give a credit for another day.

Groups of 15 or more
Ask for the group rate, or see school trips for pupils.
Ticket questions
Do I need to print anything?
No. Show the QR code from your email or from My visits on your phone at the north or main gate.
Can I pay by transfer?
Yes. Choose bank transfer in the Receivly window and the booking confirms the moment the transfer arrives.
Is the show included?
Only in the family pass. Otherwise add a show in step three.
Can I book in the chat instead?
Yes. Open Ask Orion at the bottom of the screen and say book tickets. It quotes, books and takes a demo payment in the chat.
