Questions

Satellite broadband, answered

Does rain cut the signal?

Very heavy rain can slow speeds for a few minutes. Our terminals are tuned for West African rainy seasons and most sites see no drop at all.

Can it run on solar?

Yes. Our solar kit runs a terminal and Wi-Fi for about 10 hours without sun.

Is there a data cap?

Business plans have no cap. School plans have a fair use policy explained in the contract.

Who installs it?

Our own engineers based in Ilorin, Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, never subcontractors.
