Our reefers carry frozen fish, poultry, dairy and soft drinks between minus 20 and plus 8 degrees. Every unit logs its temperature every five minutes and you get the log with the waybill.

What is included
Cold chain is only as good as its weakest hour. These are the habits that keep yours unbroken.
- Pre-cooled before loadingEach box is brought to set point for 45 minutes before your goods go in.
- Fuel for the fridgeThe reefer unit has its own tank, filled before every run, so the cold does not depend on the engine.
- Door alarmsDispatch is told if the doors open anywhere except loading and offloading.
- Live temperatureAsk on WhatsApp and get the current reading inside a minute.
- Cleaned between loadsWashed and sanitised, with a signed sheet you can ask to see.
- Backup planA standby reefer in Lagos and one in Abuja if a unit fails on the road.

You tell us the temperature and how long the goods can sit at the dock.

Box pre-cooled, loaded fast at your cold room door, doors sealed.

Logged on the move
Readings every five minutes, alerts if the box drifts by two degrees.

Fast offload
We agree the offload slot ahead so the box is not left in the sun.

Log handed over
A PDF of the temperature log comes with the signed waybill.

Before you book
Cold chain buyers ask hard questions, as they should. Here are the answers we give most often.
Ask dispatchWhat happens if the fridge fails on the road?
The driver is trained to call dispatch at once. We send the nearest standby reefer and transfer the load, and you are told the minute it happens.
Can you mix frozen and chilled in one truck?
Not in one box. We can send two smaller trucks on the same route instead.
Do you carry vaccines or medicines?
No. We carry food and drink only. For medical cold chain we can refer you to a licensed specialist.
How long can my goods wait at the dock?
Tell us at booking. We plan the offload slot around it and will not leave a loaded reefer idling in the sun.
