06FAQ
Plain answers.
Questions about prices, returns, warranties, delivery and the store. Anything else, call or WhatsApp the counter.
Part 01
Buying
Are prices on the website live?
They are example prices on this demo. In store, prices move with the market and are confirmed when we check your list.
Can I pay in instalments?
Trade account holders pay on a monthly statement. For others, we can hold large orders with a 50 percent deposit for up to two weeks.
Do you price match?
Show us a written quote from an Enugu supplier for the same item and we will look at it honestly.
Part 02
Returns and warranty
What can I return?
Unused items in original packaging within 14 days, with the receipt. Cut lengths and tinted paint cannot be returned.
How do warranties work?
Bring the item and the receipt to the counter. We test it and replace or repair it, without sending you to the maker.
What if something is faulty out of the box?
Bring it back within 7 days for an immediate swap.
Part 03
Delivery
How fast is delivery?
Same day in most of Enugu if ordered by 1pm. Nsukka, Udi and Oji River take up to two days.
Do you deliver to sites with bad roads?
Yes, by pick up van where a truck cannot go. Tell us when you order.
Who offloads?
Our crew offloads at ground level. Carrying upstairs is a small extra fee.
Part 04
In store
When are you open?
Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 7pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Is there parking?
Yes, for twelve cars, with a loading bay for vans.
Do you have a generator?
Yes. Paint tinting and cutting run all day, whatever the grid is doing.
